JOHN LOGAN — Co-Founder
John founded Anamcara after several years living between Valencia and Edinburgh, setting up the company to bring the same standards he built in Scotland to the Spanish market.
In Scotland, he is also the founder of Logan Property, an estate agency in Edinburgh, and brings more than eight years of hands-on experience across residential property management, sales, lettings, short- and medium-term accommodation, and guest services.
Before entering property, he built an international career in technology and business development that took him first to the United States and later to Scotland.
His first property venture began as a live case study with the University of Edinburgh Business School. Within weeks it had become a full-time operation, and it laid the foundations for everything that followed.
At Anamcara, John oversees the venture at board level and sets the standard for service. His contribution is strategic: strong commercial judgement, hard-won operational knowledge, and a genuine sense of responsibility for every home entrusted to the company.
